The successful candidate will assist customers with inquiries related to digital marketing, online presence, and website design tools.This role requires strong communication skills, a genuine interest in digital marketing / web design, and the ability to deliver high-quality support in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.Work ScheduleMonday to Friday 06 : 00 to 22 : 00 (Rotational Shifts)Two consecutive days off : Saturday and SundayUber reimbursement up to 25 per day for early shifts starting at 06 : 00 to support commutingOn-site presence in Lisbon is required.Contract TypeCDD 6-month fixed-term contractCompensation PackageCompetitive base salaryPerformance bonusshared accommodation providedmeal allowance per working dayCandidate Requirements (Mandatory)The ideal candidate :Has experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and / or web designIs enthusiastic and passionate about the digital / web environmentIs fluent in German and proficient in EnglishDemonstrates strong problem-solving skills and customer-service orientationIs comfortable working in rotating shifts (within daytime hours)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support for clients through multiple communication channelsAssist users with website creation tools, digital marketing features, and
