In this role you will provide local and remote technical support for Smart Grids, ensuring timely troubleshooting and issue resolution. You will support project phases from installation to commissioning, and train stakeholders across countries. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams on pilots and PoCs, contributing to transformative grid edge solutions. Responsabilità Provide local and remote technical support to internal and external stakeholders (troubleshooting)
Deliver first level and specialized support to relevant functions
Lead and train stakeholders in technical activities across multidisciplinary teams
Support initial and critical phases of new projects/contracts (installation, commissioning, fine-tuning, KPI achievement)
Manage and support pilots and proofs of concept (PoCs)
Requisiti fondamentali 2 years of work experience
Knowledge of distribution network systems and grid operations
Knowledge of Smart grid technologies (RTU, RGDAT, RGDM)
Knowledge of technical standards and regulations for smart grid or smart meter devices
Knowledge of TLC networks operation (3G, 4G, 5G, TCP/IP)
English level B2 or higher
Strong communication and training abilities
Cross‑functional collaboration across countries
Proactive problem solving
Smart grid technologies (RTU, RGDAT, RGDM)
Distribution network systems
Technical standards for smart grid devices
