Join our innovative Upgrade Project Engineering team. Our IET team provides industry‑leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Working on large scale projects with cutting‑edge technology, we constantly improve and innovate. ResponsibilitiesEngineering execution of projects in terms of scope of supply, on‑time delivery, quality, compliance and completeness. Break down the project into manageable elements that can be effectively integrated in the company systems, generating the project baselines. Engineering design activities, technical decisions and risk management. Lead technical meetings with the customer (kick‑off, coordination review, HAZOP, close‑out, etc.) and lead site survey when required. Coordinate with the site team to optimize design, specification and project configuration for installability and maintainability.QualificationsHave successfully completed studies in Engineering, Physics or demonstrate equivalent expertise gained as a Project Engineer. Have good knowledge of industrial & energy products, turbines, centrifugal compressors and other rotating machinery, including related production process. Have a knowledge of project management: planning, resource allocation and budget management. Have good communication and teamwork skills to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Be able to identify and solve complex problems that may arise during the project lifecycle. Have knowledge of technical regulation & standards (TR&S) requirements, especially for EU application. Have proven experience in design/system/project engineering, with technical aptitude and a system integration mindset. Be passionate about technical deep dives, professionally curious.
