Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestThe Building Construction Project Manager – Bari Plant is responsible for Soft Cleaning Gardening Space and Canteen agreement Management and Civil Facility activities. He / she is the technical reference point for the improvement of performance cost control and maintenance activities execution.The candidate will cover the role of Mobility Manager in order to ensure sustainable mobility for employees’ home‑to‑work moving.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the successful execution of construction projects, including quality control, HSE compliance and meeting contractual and legal requirements.Managing the entire project including budget, schedule, subcontractor contracts and client inquiries.Coordinating service providers and maintenance activities to anticipate failures and solve issues.Managing Canteen Services and collaborating with vendors for continuous improvement.Ensuring compliance with regulations and continuous improvement of HSE performance.Developing strategy, driving projects and initiatives to execute cost‑reduction projects, process changes, and implementation of sustainable cost controls, collaborating with Finance to validate impact.Controlling maintenance cost and promoting best maintenance practices across Italian sites.Organizing the demand for employee mobility to reduce the use of private vehicles.Applying Health, Safety & Environment (HS&EE) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering (Ingegneria Edile Architettura preferred) from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within a product line.Familiar with predictive maintenance technologies & AutoCAD tools.Knowledgeable about outage planning, computerized maintenance management systems and related computer tools.Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects and ability to document, plan, manage and execute programs.Excellent communication skills, able to share ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form.Effective interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence team members, customers and others.Strong problem‑solving, process improvement and analytical skills.Fluent in English.BenefitsContemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities.Comprehensive private medical care options.Safety net of life insurance and disability programs.Tailored financial programs.Additional elected or voluntary benefits.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
