Overview Adecco Italia spa seleziona una figura che verra inserita a supporto del Bidding & Start Up Senior all'interno della funzione Supply Chain, con responsabilita nelle seguenti attivita: RequisitiAlmeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nel settore delle infrastrutture. Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria e/o Economia. Competenze in analisi di mercato e benchmarking. Conoscenza di tecniche e strategie di negoziazione. Esperienza nella selezione, sviluppo e gestione della supply base. Buona conoscenza della contrattualistica (in particolare pre-bid agreement). Capacita di analisi del valore e dei driver di costo. Competenze di base in ingegneria civile. Ottima padronanza di MS Office, SAP MM e strumenti di Business Intelligence. Disponibilita a trasferte e permanenze in cantiere o joint venture (circa 25% del tempo). Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.ResponsabilitaIndividuare fornitori e appaltatori da coinvolgere nelle analisi di mercato utili alla definizione dei preventivi, in coerenza con la Vendor Strategy e sotto la supervisione dell'Head of Bidding Support & Project Start Up. Predisporre e gestire le richieste di quotazione (RFQ) per progetti specifici, coordinandosi con il Technical Department e con il Global Supply Chain Manager per la categoria merceologica assegnata. Supportare la definizione, negoziazione e gestione di pre-bid agreement e contratti con fornitori strategici, in collaborazione con il Responsabile Global Supply Chain. Analizzare, confrontare e valutare le offerte ricevute, assicurandone la verifica tecnica con il Technical Department, e predisporre le tabulazioni finali e la recommendation, garantendo approvazione e corretta archiviazione secondo le procedure.Attività in fase di start-up delle Unita OperativeCollaborare alla definizione del budget approvvigionamenti e del processo di riordino offerte, verificando e aggiornando ipotesi di costo e strategie di affidamento/subappalto insieme a Cost Control, AFC e Global Supply Chain Manager. Definire la supplier list di progetto, in accordo con il Global Supply Chain Manager. Gestire le prime fasi di negoziazione commerciale e contrattuale per ottimizzare costi, qualità, sinergie e lead time. Redigere termini e condizioni di contratti e ordini, in coordinamento con Legal Department, Contract Department e referenti delle Unita Operative.Disponibilità oraria: Full Time CCNL: edilizia industria BenefitsContributo alloggio o alle spese di viaggio#J-18808-Ljbffr
