Infine, dovrà registrare e classificare le chiamate a sistema. Requisiti Esperienza di minimo 2/3 anni nella mansione e/o in ruoli analoghiDiploma perito elettrotecnico /elettronico/ informatico.Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, utilizzo di piattaforme di call centerPatente di guida B A completare il profilo del candidato ideale vi sono flessibilità, proattività, orientamento al teamworking, concretezza e spirito collaborativo, nonché capacità di problem-solving, gestione dello stress e delle priorità.
