Your work could include supporting your team as they improve operational processes with new hardware, automate manual processes and question solutions to find the best option for the business. You’ll also manage people and help create a dynamic and positive working environment.ResponsibilitiesDevise and manage projects, including new technology deployments and internal programmesManage and solve challenges involving IT infrastructure, such as local site networks, services and hardwareSupport the team with a range of work, including improvements to operational processes, manual work automation and analysis of solutionsDeploy, maintain and troubleshoot IT solutions throughout their lifecycleManage and develop on-site support teams and recruit new talentA day in the lifeAs an IT Manager, you’ll be responsible for multiple sites and work in different settings where no two days are the same. You'll make sure the IT infrastructure on-site is maintained and operational so that teams can deliver on behalf of our customers.
