As Global Business Development Manager, you will shape international sales strategy, open new markets, and position the company's science-backed bioactives across dietary supplements, functional foods, beauty-from-within, and health & wellness categories. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nutrition, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 7–12+ years of global commercial experience in nutraceuticals, bioactives, natural extracts, or health ingredients. Strong track record of securing partnerships with supplement brands, contract manufacturers, or functional food companies. Deep understanding of the global nutraceutical landscape, including regulatory trends and market dynamics. Experience managing distributors, agents, and multi-region customer networks. Lead commercial presentations, value-proposition development, and solution-based selling for bioactive ingredients. Collaborate closely with R&D, regulatory, and marketing to support customer projects and product launches. Monitor global market trends, competitive activity, and emerging scientific opportunities. Represent the company at key trade shows, scientific conferences, and international customer meetings. Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic insights to executive leadership.
