Overviewto join our Sales & Marketing team. You will ensure and drive business growth by managing all stages of the order-related processes for our full product portfolio, both in Italy and internationally.ResponsibilitiesDirect and indirect sales network: support customer relationships, ensure compliance with commercial agreements, and proactively identify upselling and upgrade opportunities.Supply chain team: monitor order progress, manage shipping, meet customer delivery expectations, and provide timely updates.Monitor all stages of the order process up to shipment and invoicing, for domestic and international clients.Develop a “take care” policy and manage customer relationships in support of the sales team, acting as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status, providing updates, and gathering internally the necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction.Support sales and management teams with reporting and performance analysis.Participate in Sales Meetings, trade fairs, and industry events to assist sales managers during order collection and sales campaigns.QualificationsFluent in Italian and English, German language skills would be advantageousCustomer relationship managementKnowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suite, ERPsystems and BI toolsTeamwork and collaborative mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
