If you’ve been the first engineer or an early technical hire at a startup and thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments, this is for you.Your MissionAs our Founding Fullstack Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of our product’s backend and frontend. You’ll make key architectural decisions, ship features fast, and set the standard for technical excellence and product impact. You’ll also work directly with the founders and customers to build something meaningful — and help shape the DNA of the company from day one.What You’ll DoOwn the stack : Build, maintain, and scale backend APIs, infrastructure, and frontend interfaces.Make key decisions : Define technical architecture, coding standards, and security best practices.Be customer-centric : Join calls with users, understand their workflows, and translate insights into product improvements.Build the team : Help recruit, mentor, and onboard future engineers.Ship fast : Deliver features and improvements on tight timelines — balancing speed with quality.Main requirements5+ years of experience in fullstack development.Hands‑on expertise with our stack or similar: React / TypeScript, Node.js / NestJS, PostgreSQL, AWS.Startup mentality: bias for action, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.Experience working in early‑stage startups — ideally as a founding or first engineer.Strong product mindset — you care about both architecture and user experience.Proven ability to work end‑to‑end, from database schema to frontend UX.Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).Benefits & PerksBe a founding team member — shape the company’s culture, product, and engineering standards.Work directly with a visionary founder who values drive, creativity, and autonomy.Enjoy full remote flexibility within Europe, or relocate to Germany.Regular company offsites with the team — we believe in building strong human connections, too.#J-18808-Ljbffr
