HR Talent Acquisition presso Groupama Assicurazioni S.p.A. La risorsa, inserita all’interno della BU Corporate, dovrà curare le qui di seguito elencate attività riportando al responsabile dell’ufficio di Risk Engineering:Organizzare e gestire i sopralluoghi tecnici presso i clienti per la valutazione on site dei rischi; Redigere reportistica di ispezione secondo le procedure di Compagnia, sia in lingua italiana sia in lingua inglese; Condividere con gli uffici sottoscrittivi le risultanze delle ispezioni eseguite; Redigere le valutazioni a tavolino (AT DESK); Curare i rapporti con i clienti, sia interni che esterni, e con gli intermediari mantenendo sempre un rapporto client-oriented; Interagire con i colleghi di Casa Madre contribuendo all’interscambio tecnico con il Gruppo e partecipare a gruppi di lavoro a livello internazionale;Si richiede:Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria; Pregressa esperienza di risk engineering property di almeno 5 anni; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Ottima conoscenza dei principali applicativi Microsoft Office; Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale e, ove richiesto, all’estero.Requisiti preferenziali:Conoscenza della lingua francese; Iscrizione all’elenco dei professionisti antincendio del Ministero dell'Interno di cui all'art 16 del decreto legislativo 8 marzo 2006, n. 139; Esperienza nell’attività ispettiva in ambito casualty.Sede di lavoro Milanocontratto a tempo indeterminato; inquadramento previsto dal vigente C.C.N.L. delle imprese di assicurazione; condizioni economiche di sicuro interesse.Per Groupama la diversità è un valore e per questo motivo ci impegnano quotidianamente a garantire un ambiente inclusivo.
