For us the only thing that really matters is how green your heart is : we welcome and value (bio)diversity in all its formsWho are we looking for?The Financial Director will be responsible for the company’s economic and financial management, with the goal of introducing a strategic and structured approach to management control, budgeting, and liquidity planning. The Financial Director will report directly to the CEO, act as a liaison with the administrative–accounting department, and work cross-functionally with the HR area by implementing analysis and control tools to support the sustainable growth of all business units.Responsibilities Strategic Planning and ControlImprove the annual and multi-year budgeting system.Establish and manage management control : variance analysis, cost center management, financial KPIs, monitoring dashboards.Monitor and control the financial risks of key projects.Implement an order management system that adheres to statutory accounting standards for drafting financial statements, with particular attention to the cost–revenue matching principle, especially in the case of reimbursable grant projects.Prepare and oversee monthly / quarterly financial reporting for the Board of Directors and shareholders, including provisional entries to
