TALENT Tree , licensed firm specialized in the recruitment and selection of personnel, is looking for a qualified profile to join a prestigious international law firm as a: HR – People & Culture Executive The candidate, will assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources department and will be responsible for: • Support the recruitment and selection of new joiners, including professionals and business support staff; • Manage Early Careers Programs and assist in organizing job fairs and university engagement events; • Handle HR administration, including the preparation of employment documentation, contracts, onboarding and offboarding materials, and other employee life cycle records; • Assist with payroll and benefits administration; • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, promoting the organization’s image across various channels; • Support talent development programs and initiatives to enhance employee growth and engagement; • Provide assistance with ad-hoc international HR projects as required; • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to prepare employment-related documentation, offers, and ensure compliance with internal procedures; • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and support internal reporting activities; • Assist in the planning and coordination of HR network initiatives, including Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing, Agile Working, and internal events. To be successful in this role the candidate will need: Education : Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate training in Human Resources is a plus; Work experience : 4-5 years of experience in a similar role with a background on early careers recruitment, ideally within professional services or legal environments; Computer skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with social media (especially LinkedIn), HRIS, and ATS platforms; Languages : fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken). Personal attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Able to work independently and collaboratively; Business acumen and problem solving skills; Strong organizational and time management abilities; Attitude to work effectively in dynamic and constantly evolving contexts; Flexibility and multitasking approach.
