Job Description & AccountabilitiesDefine the medium and long term Digital & Communication strategy that will help the brand raise awareness in Europe and support the development of the brand in China. Achieve shared ROI targets with the management and through personal contribution and internal and external resources such as influencer relations, PR agency, art directors, content creators, and media press. Act as a key Digital Marketing leader in developing brand campaigns, executing integrated Digital marketing and communications strategies, with strong focus on digital and social media. Develop bespoke projects with media owners and KOLs that will always reflect the brand values and deliver stand‑out in a crowded market. Lead a data‑driven digital marketing strategy, including the end‑state vision of how we use consumer data and insight to drive segmentation, targeting, messaging, and CRM.Ideal CandidateBachelor’s degree or equivalent education. Proven 7+ years experience in the field of communication or marketing in the luxury sector. An entrepreneurial spirit with excellent interpersonal skills who can support the founders and the top management in the deployment of the business strategy.
