OverviewThe candidate will be part of the global cyber security and networking team and will deal with a very complex group network infrastructure. They will interact with colleagues from all countries to define standards, support or deliver new projects and implementations.The resource will directly manage networking and communication (switches, lines, LAN, Wi‑Fi, PBX, VoIP and networking security in a manufacturing environment) for all affiliates in the Group. They will also be in contact with HelpDesk and local ICT support to resolve communication or networking issues and design new ICT infrastructures and networks.Additionally, they will manage the Corporate networking and communication policies and verify adoption across all affiliate companies.Main Activities & ResponsibilitiesConfigure and upgrade switches, defining VLANs, port channels, etc.; apply security features to secure LAN connectivity; monitor traffic and improve LAN performance.Configure and manage the Wi‑Fi environment.Manage the PBX infrastructure.Monitor internet data links and SD‑WAN connectivity and manage related contracts with corporate providers.Provide support to affiliates for networking and communication issues.Scout for new solutions, capabilities and technologies, including potential new software, services and suppliers to ensure continuous updates of networking and communications.Manage international projects focused on networking security in manufacturing environments.Job RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Information Technology or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing networks and Wi‑Fi in complex CISCO environments.Experience in supplier management.Expertise in networking systems and communication protocols.Knowledge and experience in ICT and manufacturing security.Excellent proficiency (verbal and written) in English.Desired SkillsExperience in networking and security.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.Strong attention to detail.Fundamentals of project management.Teamworking.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeContractJob functionOther, Information Technology, and ManagementIndustriesPharmaceutical Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
