Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro Project Development Manager Sede: Milano Retribuzione: €40,000 - €50,000 + % bonus Settore: PV | Wind | BESS Un’azienda italiana in forte crescita con una pipeline di circa 1 GW in PV, eolico e BESS su circa 50 projetti in diversi fasi di sviluppo. Questa azienda con una visione di sviluppo a lungo termine, cerca un Project Development Manager da inserire nel proprio team di Milano. L’azienda sta evolvendo verso un modello ibrido IPP, Il contesto è dinamico, collaborativo e caratterizzato da forte trasparenza e opportunità di crescita professionale. Responsabilità principaliGestione di un portfolio di progetti Greenfield → RTB Coordinamento e interfaccia con progettisti locali, team di sviluppo e figure tecniche. Collaborazione con i land scout esterni e supporto nel closing dei contratti con i proprietari terrieri, inclusa la gestione dei rapporti continuativi. Supervisione della documentazione, reporting progettuale e gestione contrattualistica di terre. Verifiche tecniche su progetti e siti (uso di QGIS, AutoCAD). Attività di origination, incluse analisi vincolistiche e due diligence preliminari. Gestione dei portali e delle procedure con ENEL, TERNA e altri enti terzi. Supporto e gestione dei processi di permitting (AU, PAS, VIA) su media e alta tensione. Ruolo proattivo nell’identificazione di opportunità, monitoraggio avanzamento progetti e risoluzione di criticità operative.Requisiti3-4 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo di progetti rinnovabili in Italia (PV, Wind o BESS). Conoscenza degli strumenti GIS e dei principali software tecnici (es. AutoCAD). Esperienza nelle procedure autorizzative e nei rapporti con enti e stakeholder locali. Competenza nella gestione contratti di diritto fondiario e rapporti con proprietari. Capacità di interpretare vincoli territoriali, carte tecniche, piani urbanistici.Soft SkillsApproccio pragmatico e orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi. Attitudine hands‑on, desiderio di seguire tutte le fasi del processo. Curiosità, iniziativa e forte spirito collaborativo.
