Who are we looking for? We are looking for a buyer. She/he will be an integral part of the Purchasing/ Planning team, in supporting the business with various administration duties and ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. This position is located in San Martino di Trecate (NO), Italy. What will you be doing? Manage purchase orders (direct and indirect) upon availability check or external departments. Manage documents requests of different types. Manage of subsidiary services. Interaction with accounting and related checks. Provide and publish KPI data periodically. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Who are You? A good knowledge of the English language (writing, comprehension, speaking). If possible, previous experience of working in a purchasing and/or planning environment. What competencies will you need? Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, Excel and Teams. Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, colleagues, and suppliers. Highly organized, with a methodical and positive approach. Accurate and attention to details. Negotiation. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure. Competence to problem solving, proactive approach. We are Offering... You will be employed with the National Contract of Chemists (CCNL Chimico) with the possibility to subscribe to the related Health and Pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM). As part of our team here you will receive a competitive base salary, you will participate in a generous performance related bonus scheme, as well as a yearly welfare plan. You will receive a company laptop computer, and you will access to the company canteen. Working time: 38 hours/week. Mon-Thu 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -17:30, Fri 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -15:30 with half an hour of morning (8:30 -9:00) flexibility guaranteed.
