e-work Spa, sede di Milano, ricerca per azienda cliente leader nel settore delle pompe funebri, uno/a System & Network Engineer Responsabilità principali Gestione e manutenzione dell'infrastruttura Microsoft Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Server). Amministrazione delle piattaforme di virtualizzazione (Proxmox, VMware o Hyper-V). Gestione infrastrutture di rete L2/L3 (switching, routing, VLAN, VPN). Configurazione, gestione e troubleshooting di firewall Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, VPN, policy di sicurezza, UTM). Monitoraggio delle infrastrutture tramite CheckMK (eventuale conoscenza di altri sistemi di monitoring costituisce un plus). Supporto avanzato su incidenti e troubleshooting cross-layer (server ↔ networking ↔ endpoint). Gestione e verifica dei sistemi di backup e disaster recovery (Nakivo, Veeam, QNAP). Collaborazione con l'IT Manager nella definizione e implementazione di nuove architetture, policy di sicurezza e progetti di evoluzione tecnologica. Requisiti Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili (System/Network Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist). Solida competenza in ambienti Microsoft Windows Server e infrastrutture Active Directory. Esperienza in virtualizzazione (Principalmente VMware). Ottime conoscenze di networking L2/L3 (switching, routing, segmentazioni, VPN). Esperienza comprovata con soluzioni Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager). Capacità di utilizzare CheckMK per monitoraggio di infrastrutture. Competenze di troubleshooting su sistemi complessi. Disponibile a spostarsi fra le varie sedi del gruppo in caso di installazioni fisiche Nice to have ma non obbligatori: Conoscenze Linux per progetti specifici. Esperienza con soluzioni di sicurezza endpoint/EDR (es. Sophos). Automazione tramite scripting (PowerShell, Bash). Conoscenza Google Workspace Esperienza in progetti multi-sede o ambienti distribuiti. Tipologia contrattuale: Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato.Ticket da 8€. Bonus sulle performance. Modalità ibrida da concordare con il responsabile in base alle esigenze aziendali. Sede: Settimo Milanese fino a febbraio.
