In this role you design, document, and cost professional kitchen projects for customers across Europe, bridging sales, project management, purchasing, connectivity, and engineering. You help ensure technically sound, commercially compelling solutions while advancing design processes and sharing best practices across Europe. You will engage with customers and internal teams to align on specifications, proposals, and execution. This is an opportunity to influence European presales and contribute to a sustainability‑led, customer‑obsessed culture.

Responsabilità Review and interpret drawings, specs, tender documents and customer requirements
Develop preliminary layouts and concepts based on client needs
Produce detailed drawings and final project designs for engineering and execution
Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations and proposals
Collaborate with project management, purchasing, sales, engineering and external consultants
Coordinate with connectivity and digital solutions teams to integrate technologies
Participate in customer meetings and occasional site visits
Foster relationships with customers and internal stakeholders during presales
Share expertise and best practices with presales teams across Europe
Contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies and workflows
Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related technical discipline
Proven experience in design and management of civil, industrial, or technical installations
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing
Experience in professional kitchen equipment, food service, hospitality, or related industry (desirable)
Solid understanding of design processes, technical documentation, and project execution
Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals (advantage)
Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe
