Job Details
- Location: Remote within Europe, or hybrid from one of our hubs
- Languages: Fluent English, plus at least one of German, Italian, Spanish or French at native or near-native level. More than one is a real advantage.
- Experience: Entry level, this is a role for someone at the start of their commercial career. No prior sales experience required.
- Contract: Part-time
- Cold calling and outreach: Be the first point of contact for potential customers by phone, email and LinkedIn — consistently, and without needing to be nudged. You’ll work in the language of the market you’re calling into.
- Lead research and market mapping: Research competitors and potential customers in markets we’re entering, and turn what you find into reports the sales team can act on — for example, mapping the POS vendor landscape in a new country.
- Data enrichment: Keep our CRM and prospect data clean, complete and useful — and find smarter ways to enrich it than doing it by hand.
- AI projects: Own dedicated AI projects that make the sales organisation faster. We use Claude and tools like Make.com, and you’ll have the freedom to experiment with new ones.
- Supporting the sales team: Take repetitive tasks off the plate of our sales colleagues, react to ad hoc requests, and adapt to whatever the team needs that week.
- Trade fair planning: Help plan and prepare our presence at trade fairs across Europe, from logistics to the target list of who we want to meet there.
- Cross-department collaboration: Work with colleagues across sales and accounting — and across countries — reaching out to customers proactively when a topic requires it.
- You’re not afraid of the phone. Cold calling doesn’t put you off. You understand that most calls don’t land, and you make the next one anyway.
- You’re proactive and self-driven. You spot what needs doing and start it, rather than waiting to be assigned.
- You work comfortably in English. It’s our company language and how the team operates day to day.
- You have at least one European market you can call into like a local. German, Italian, Spanish or French at native or near-native level — which one matters less than having one.
- You’re curious about what we do. Fiscalization, compliance and payments aren’t obvious topics to get excited about, but if the technology behind every receipt interests you, you’ll enjoy it here.
- You’re curious about AI. You already play around with AI tools and want to use them for real work, not just to try them out.
- You’re comfortable with everyday tools. Google Workspace and standard office programs hold no surprises for you.
- You’re open and a team player. You bring a positive attitude, ask for help when you need it, and are eager to learn.
