Our growth strategy is strongly driven by M&A, with the objective of building an integrated, high-performance group capable of delivering sustainable EBITDA growth.The RoleIntegration Lead – M&A & Operations will be responsible for ensuring that Abacus Group’s acquisitions are successfully integrated and transformed into scalable, high-performing businesses. This role combines PMI leadership, operational excellence and strategic execution, with full ownership of post-deal outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end post-merger integration activities, from Day-1 readiness to full operational integrationSet up and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO) across all functional areas (Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Governance)Drive execution of synergy plans with clear accountability on EBITDA improvement, cost optimization and operational efficiencyProven experience in leading and optimizing operational activities in post-integration environments, with a strong focus on process efficiency, operational alignment, and performance improvement.Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day operations of acquired entitiesAct as main integration partner for founders, management teams and internal stakeholdersDefine and track integration KPIs, risks, dependencies and corrective actionsDevelop scalable integration playbooks to support Abacus’ continuous M&A pipelineWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in Post-Merger Integration, Operations or Corporate DevelopmentProven track record in M&A environments with measurable value creation and EBITDA growthStrong operational mindset combined with strategic thinkingAbility to manage complex, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skillsWhat We OfferDirect exposure to the CEO and strategic decision-makingA key role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing technology groupHigh-impact responsibilities with real ownership on results#J-18808-Ljbffr
