Chef de partieThe Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection Roma, Lazio, Italia (In sede)The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection, one of the most vibrant and dynamic 5 in Rome, is looking for youResponsibilities:The Chef de Partie will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards and established recipes.- Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation of dishes.- Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.- Monitor stock levels and assist in managing raw material orders.- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.- Train and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and skills.- Participate in the creation of new dishes and menues, contributing innovative ideas.- Assist in managing and controlling costs, ensuring operational efficiency.Skills:To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:- Chef de Partie experience in Hotel of same category.- Excellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be appreciated.- Experience in the Kitchen sector, or related professional area.- Calm, organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred.- Proficiency in Selz PMS Systems required.
