Our team drives day-by-day maintenance activities, carried out by contractors, related to the equipment of the testing area at Massa and Avenza test centers. We are responsible for analyzing and maintaining the testing center machinery and equipment, making critical decisions in a timely manner and meeting safety and quality standards for major assets such as:Lube oil consoleGearboxesPumps groupWater systemValves (every type)Industrial mechanical equipmentThe Manufacturing Specialist - Equipment Maintenance manages work orders with computer maintenance management system software and findings reports throughout the process of root analysis and troubleshooting. You will follow up preventive / predictive maintenances and troubleshoot various types of machinery and equipment that require technical knowledge.Work closely with the Manager in the assigned area, providing weekly metrics on performance, schedules on critical repairs, and daily updates on critical equipment. This includes predictive maintenance with remote acquisition and management of signals from the field to extend equipment life and to be immediately warned in case of failures concerning HSE.ResponsibilitiesBe the reference point of contact with Equipment OEMs and parts vendors.Supervise repair, assembling and installation of components for electrical systems.Coordinate inspections on industrial mechanical equipment, valves, gearboxes, heat exchangers.Participate in safety initiatives.Work closely with Testing Engineers to review machines, maintenance schedules and determine spare parts levels.Work with drawings, schematics, data sheets, P&I diagrams.Liaise with OEMs and external vendors on equipment repair.Analyze and diagnose causes of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive problems and recommend and implement corrective actions.Implement predictive maintenance systems.QualificationsDegree in a technical field from an accredited UniversityProfessional proficiency in Italian and EnglishExperience with reading equipment manuals, P&I diagrams, mechanical drawings and other specifications to identify repair methodsPreferably basic knowledge of Maximo softwareKnowledge and application of the FMEA or FMECA methodologyWork in a way that works for you: Working flexible hours – flexing the times when you work in the day to fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.About UsWe are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
