With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.Job Title: Inside Sales SpecialistLocation: Milan, Italy (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)Reporting to: North Area Manager and Head of AX Special ProjectsKey ResponsibilitiesProviding clinical and commercial expertise on our Aesthetics portfolio range.Develop and grow the Galderma aesthetic portfolio by identifying key opportunities for growth within current and existing businesses.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts through regular communication, product knowledge and educational initiatives.Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, clinical and customer service, to drive brand awareness.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry.Utilise CRM systems and sales tools effectively to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate insightful reports.Attend professional development courses and on‑going training as required.Skills & QualificationsBusiness or Science degree highly preferred.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing or commercial setting.
