We deliver rapid and sustainable impact across transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on modernization and strategic enablement. Key areas include:Defining technology strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals and value creationRapid diagnostics and deep-dive assessments to identify performance gaps and root causesPlatform modernization, including legacy tech-debt assessment, re-platforming strategies, and program recoveryBusiness process modernization leveraging innovative technologies (e.g., automation, AI agents)Operating model design and transformation to enable scalable, product-oriented deliveryTechnology cost optimization and transparency through benchmarking and spend analysisTechnology due diligence, carve-out, and post-merger integration planning and executionComplex program assurance and turnaround for high-stakes digital transformations(This description does not encompass all activities, duties, or responsibilities.)What You’ll NeedMaster’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics); MBA is a plus4–7 years of relevant professional experience in IT consulting or IT operationsIdeally, a mix of consulting and industry experience, with the ability to deliver small projects or manage multiple workstreams within larger programsPractical IT knowledge in one or more areas: software delivery, IT infrastructure and operations, solutions architecture, IT governance (audit, risk, compliance, security), and/or IT project managementExperience implementing projects in diverse environments using various methodologies and frameworksStrong personal interest in technology and digital trends, staying current on industry developmentsPassion for driving IT effectiveness and enabling clients to achieve business objectivesConfidence in collaborating with clients and stakeholders, building relationships, influencing, and advising decision-makersExcellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage at CXO and senior levelsFluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strong financial literacyKnowledge or experience in M&A contexts is an advantageAbility and willingness to travel across EMEA and work outside standard business hours when requiredComfortable working in a hybrid model (office + remote) and dynamic environmentsAlignment with our Core Values as outlined in the AlixPartners Code of Conduct, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environmentAlixPartners has embraced a hybrid work model to provide flexibility and support work-life integration.
