Your Key Responsibilities
- Own the renewal process end to end for an assigned portfolio : track upcoming renewal dates, prepare and send renewal paperwork, and keep pricing and terms accurate in HubSpot.
- Monitor customer engagement/usage scores across the book on a regular cadence , flag at-risk accounts early, and run proactive outreach to re-engage customers before churn becomes likely.
- Support CSMs on their own portfolios : prepare renewal packages, chase signatures, keep CRM data clean, and take on administrative or lower-touch
