As a small TEAL team expanding internationally (primarily USA), we are seeking a dynamic communication expert to amplify our mission of genuine beauty and innovation.Role OverviewThis is a new position and the role can be shaped around the applicant’s profile if there is a strong match in terms of entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on high-energy, hands‑on growth in a collaborative environment. Current needs to be covered span from social media management to creative direction, from communication strategy and execution to brand communication plan.RequirementsEducation: Degree in Communication, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related—ideally from Accademia delle Belle Arti (Macerata), University of Camerino, or University of Teramo.Skills: Fluency in English. Project Management. Proficiency with the digital world. Familiarity across different social media platforms and analytics.
