Project Manager – Hyper Agile Project Manager who has worked in a Hyper Agile environment. This is also very urgent and MOT position. Language: Italian and English Location: Preferably in Milan Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Agile Facilitation Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos). Maintain and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with Product Owner. Team Leadership Coach teams on Agile principles and practices. Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor team dynamics and accountability. Stakeholder Management Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Manage expectations and negotiate scope changes. Metrics & Reporting Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts). Prepare progress reports and dashboards.
