In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. You'll work with visionaries across multiple industries to improve the hybrid cloud and AI journey for the most innovative and valuable companies in the world.Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Power Platform Architect, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise‑level solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform. Acting as a technical leader, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performing technical solutions. You will also manage and coordinate international project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and best practices.Solution Architecture & DesignTechnical Leadership & DevelopmentClient Engagement & Requirements ManagementTeam Coordination & Project DeliveryRequired educationTechnical DiplomaPreferred educationBachelor's DegreeRequired technical and professional expertiseDesign and architect comprehensive Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) that integrate seamlessly with external systems and enterprise applicationsProvide hands‑on expertise in Power Automate development, including complex workflows and cloud flowsDesign and implement model‑driven applications with advanced customization and configurationDeep understanding of dataflows, data integration patterns, and ETL processesSolid knowledge of API integration, REST/SOAP services, and middleware solutionsProven team leadership experience, including managing remote and international development teamsPreferred technical and professional experienceMicrosoft certifications (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate)Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power PlatformIBM is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
