Sr. FP&A AnalystLooking to join a growing, well‑known consumer services brand where finance directly impacts operations? The Sr. FP&A Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for company‑owned stores, partnering closely with operations and field teams to drive performance, improve margins, and support informed decision‑making. This role is highly visible, collaborative, and ideal for someone who enjoys translating financial insights for non‑financial audiences.What you’ll do:Be the primary finance partner and SME for many company‑owned locations across multiple states.Partner closely with store managers, field leadership, and operations to explain financial results and drivers in a clear, actionable way.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (budget vs. actual), identifying key performance drivers.Support monthly reporting packages and reviews in close collaboration with the accounting team.Maintain and analyze financial data within ProfitKeeper and support reporting through Excel and PowerBI.Identify opportunities for process improvement and help drive change management initiatives.Who you are:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.Strong experience partnering with operations or field teams and communicating financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders.Multi‑unit or multi‑location experience strongly preferred.Advanced Excel skills; PowerBI experience is a plus.Process‑oriented, proactive, outgoing, and comfortable driving change in a fast‑paced environment.Why work here:High‑impact role: Work directly with executives, operations leaders, and field teams to influence company performance.Collaborative culture: Supportive finance leadership with hands‑on mentoring and regular check‑ins.Growth opportunity: Chance to leave your mark by improving processes and helping set the “gold standard” for store performance.Flexible hybrid schedule: Onsite three days per week with a strong, team‑oriented environment.CompensationThe expected range for this role is $115,000 to $120,000 per year.
