This role offers the opportunity to lead exceptional interior design projects, working with international brands across luxury hospitality and residential sectors. You’ll collaborate with an award-winning team on projects that are conceptually rich, meticulously detailed, and created for some of the world’s most respected brands and clients.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institutionFluency in Italian and English (written and verbal)8-12+ years of Architecture/ Interior design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or client-facing roleSoftware proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite and other Project management toolsLead and oversee the production of comprehensive drawing sets (DD/CD phases) in alignment with design intent and local regulationsDevelop custom millwork, detailing, and technical specificationsCoordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accurate implementationConduct site reviews and support during construction administrationEnsure design documentation meets local code and permitting requirementsCollaborate closely with Project Directors and Creative Director across global teamsWe’re seeking a long-term collaborator to join our Milan studio under a Partita IVA arrangement, working closely with the team on projects from concept through completion.
