Typical Day As a member of the Client Partner team, you will play a pivotal coordinator role and be responsible for a client portfolio. You will handle commercial development for existing accounts and new business, managing revenue, defining budgets, and working on client retention. You will be the main point of contact, developing and coordinating relationships with decision makers. Load and track all opportunities in the Aon Connect system to keep the pipeline updated. Hold monthly commercial meetings with colleagues to review opportunities and coordinate key commercial campaigns. Maintain daily communication with clients and internal solutions colleagues for integrated and coordinated client management. Invite clients and prospects to events (sports, cultural, conventions) to strengthen relationships, build networking, and promote new business. Promote Aon Risk Consulting services to clients and prospects. Actively participate in industry associations that Aon is part of. Manage client relationships with periodic visits. Report on forecast definition. How this Opportunity Differs Our Client Partner division focuses on acquiring new clients and supporting the development of key existing ones in the assigned area. The structure aims to provide close client proximity and create strong relationships with decision makers. Qualifications & Experience Strong commercial orientation, excellent relational and organizational skills, teamwork ability, and communication competence. Previous experience in the insurance sector managing a portfolio of clients and commercial activities. Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient English, both spoken and written. Problem‑solving ability and goal orientation.
