The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.What you will doAs Project Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing governance solutions in project management to ensure full alignment with the organizational framework, policies, and procedures in the IT Business Delivery Model, and to enhance overall project execution in the DT area.In this role, you will supervise local and overseas IT initiatives to guarantee sustainability, monitoring, and reporting of project planning, execution, and closing within scope, schedule, and budget.As a Project Management Supervisor, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring project deliverables align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholders / PMs managementEngage with stakeholders, including System integrators, PMs, to ensure and maintain regular communication throughout the program lifecycle.Coordinate activities across multiple project teams to ensure alignment and collaboration among internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless project delivery.Progress Status MonitoringRegular alignment on project progress to ensure prompt awareness of any criticality or open points, milestones reaching monitoring, alignment to the agreed project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the project owner.Communicate the overall project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders and senior management according to the DT Governance Model.Conduct regular project reviews and ensure regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Documentation and reports are up to date.Risk ManagementSupport and address the identification and mitigation of potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.Governance and Performance ManagementEnsure projects comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Address the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and track program progress against milestones and deliverablesWhat you need to succeedMust haveEducation: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.Professional experience: 3-7 years of proven experience managing projects (experience level can vary by organization)Language: English at least at an Intermediate level, both written and spokenTechnical SkillsBudgeting and cost controlAnalytical and reporting skillsStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Soft skillsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectivelyStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrategic thinking and planningLeadership and team managementRisk and change managementStakeholder engagementTime managementNice to havePreferred Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
