Role Aman at Sea is seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Sales – EMEA to lead our sales efforts across (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa). This pivotal role will be based in Central Europe on a Remote basis and will see you shaping sales strategies, cultivating key relationships, and driving revenue growth across some of the world’s most diverse and influential luxury travel markets. As a senior ambassador for Aman at Sea, you will embody the elegance, discretion, and service ethos that define our brand while building awareness, strengthening partnerships, and delivering financial success across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker and dynamic sales leader with deep industry knowledge and a passion for creating extraordinary client experiences. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for EMEA in alignment with global business objectives. Identify new growth opportunities across established and emerging luxury markets. Build, manage, and deepen relationships with leading travel agency partners, luxury consortia, tour operators, and wholesalers. Represent Aman at Sea at high-profile trade events, conferences, and partner activations, building visibility and influence across the region. Collaborate closely with global sales, marketing, revenue, and onboard teams to ensure regional insights shape campaigns, pricing, and guest experience. Drive effective
