The selected candidate will sustain the development of theWholesaleandFranchiseebusiness for national and international markets. Implement theright strategiesin terms of network and commercial objectives, contributing to the achievement of the establishedsell-outtargets and of overallbusiness profitability . Ensure that mono- and multi-brand stores are well-organized and equipped to provide properbrand representation .Profile AccountabilitiesEnsure the implementation of thecommercial strategy guidelines(based on a “sell-out” target approach) within the assigned channels;Support the definition and presentation of a sustainablecommercial plan , summarizing the business goals, key strategies, and expected outcomes;Support the development of the business by exploring new opportunities in terms of locations and nurturing existing relationships with Business Partners;Regularly reviewing the commercial plan ( Continuous Improvementapproach), leveraging client feedback and market changes to keep the plan dynamic and responsive;Optimize the commercial performance ofexisting locationsby capitalizing on all available levers for growth;Performcompetitors’ benchmarkingwithin the area of responsibility;Performperiodic analyses , presentations for the management, and monitorBusiness Partners’ KPIs(sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, stock quality, and level);AttendBPs'dedicated events,select the right BP audience, and place orders effectively;Support BPs in marketing and communicationactivationactivities in-store;Facilitates effectivecross-functional collaborationwith key internal stakeholders to ensure seamlessBrand integrationandconsistent executionacross all channels;Work closely with local merchandising and visual merchandising to ensure that in-store stock and product display are consistent with the DOS world and always optimal;Ensure Franchisees are aligned with the Brand identity, monitoring the correct implementation ofRetail guidelines(e.g., on selling experience, grooming, CRM, gifting, VM) and activating corporate stakeholders in case of a mismatch.Additional information RequirementsAt least4-5 yearsof experienceProvenability to track, analyse, and interpretdata(sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, inventory levels, payments, returns, and order portfolio) to optimize daily operations and drive business decisionsPrevious experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury sectorKnowledge of therelevant marketis preferableProductknowledgewill be considered a plusProficiency in Italian and EnglishKnowledge ofIT applications(MS Office, Power BI)This role requirestraveldomestically and internationallyup to 60% of the timeSoft SkillsAnalytical MindsetBusiness AcumenClient-centric MindsetResults DrivenProblem SolvingNegotiationEffective Communication and Interpersonal SkillsCultural Curiosity, with a Dynamic Attitude#J-18808-Ljbffr
