Together with your team, you will ensure that the number of our active parking sites in Italy continues to grow.What to expectTechnical planning: Responsible for the technical planning of our parking sites, including the analysis and determination of hardware placements across the parking area.Coordination: Manage internal and external resources to ensure project progress and work closely with various teams in the Operations department and beyond.Installation planning: Plan installations and maintenance activities and solve on‑site issues creatively.Customer management: Act as the technical point of contact for your projects and coordinate a smooth installation/commissioning process with the customer.Continuous improvement: Challenge the status quo and ensure ongoing process optimization.Reporting: Regularly report KPIs and collaborate closely with various teams.Stakeholder management: Engage professionally with external partners and handle negotiations with confidence.Background: Hold a degree in industrial engineering, (technical) business administration, or a comparable qualification.Experience: Bring at least 2–3 years of experience in project management or operations.Technical affinity: Have spatial reasoning skills, technical understanding, and a hands‑on mentality.Work style: Analytical thinking plus structured and thorough work.Think out of the box: Work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate proactivity and solution‑oriented thinking.Open personality: Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.Language skills: Italian at C2 level, and fluent in English.What we offerFlexibility & Responsibility: Hybrid model empowering you to work from home, take workation, and meet in person during Anchor Days (Tuesday to Thursday) at our Milan office.Ownership & Autonomy: Full ownership of your area and KPIs.Regional benefits: In Italy, employees enjoy Satispay Lunch Cards.Team Culture & Networking: Real connections beyond day‑to‑day; celebrate successes with legendary team events and OKR parties.Top Equipment & Ergonomics: Mac or Windows, in the office or remote – we ensure you’re set up for efficiency and comfort.Dress Code?
