Jeenka is a digital innovation partner working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and artificial intelligence.Over the past years, we have supported brands and companies in building their digital presence through social media, content, and performance-driven communication.We are now launching a new, next-generation social model that combines human creativity with AI , designed to radically change how brands communicate on social channels.To lead this launch, we are opening a key entrepreneurial role.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Head of Growth Social & AI to lead the go-to-market and commercial growth of a new social media model powered by AI.This role is focused on:defining and scaling a revolutionary social offering,acquiring new clients,and positioning this model in the European market.This is not a traditional agency role .It is a performance-based partnership for someone who wants to build and scale a new category from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered social solutionsIdentify and activate acquisition channels (brands, SMEs, innovation-driven companies)Structure offers, pricing, and commercial proposals for the new social modelDrive new client acquisition and close deals directlyCollaborate with creative and AI teams to ensure feasibility and qualityTurn early projects into case studies and scalable commercial assetsContribute to positioning this model as a reference in next-generation social mediaProven experience in growth, business development, or sales in social, digital, or tech-enabled environmentsStrong commercial mindset with hands-on deal-closing abilityAbility to sell innovative, non-standard solutionsComfort working in lean, high-accountability settingsFluency in English and Italian (German is a plus)Experience with performance-based or entrepreneurial rolesPerformance-based collaborationNo fixed salary initially15% success fee on gross margin from directly generated sales or partnershipsGrowth opportunityOpportunity to launch and scale a new social paradigmHigh visibility and direct access to decision-makingPotential evolution into a long-term leadership role if the model scalesTrial phaseInitial 3-month collaborationClear performance expectationsFull alignment review at the end of the period#J-18808-Ljbffr
