Cluster Manager- Amazon NOW Operations, Amazon NowAmazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking in a city. This role involves monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores, managing data accuracy for operational dashboards, and supporting the team in maintaining visibility into network health and performance. Managing 3P partners and driving standardization/improvement is a key requirement of the role.Key job responsibilitiesTrack and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networksMaintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teamsSupport root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breachesCoordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracyAssist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiativesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experiencePreferred Qualifications1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experienceExperience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reportingOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
