What you’ll do Join the team of Technology - Enterprise Technology & Transformation and in particular the area Cross Services Platform reporting directly to Integration Cross Platform Architecture Associate Manager. Involved in analysis, design and development of solutions according to requests from external business units or other ICT groups; work with dynamic and enthusiastic team for Domestic and International projects for all brands managed by Flutter SEA – Southern Europe & Africa assets. Collaborate with the Architecture team to implement technical frameworks and guidelines, ensuring business flows are correctly applied across different game types and jurisdictions during the delivery phase. Maintain and improve the existing codebase, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability. Contribute to the stability of applications by supporting monitoring and maintenance of production environments. Respond promptly to alerts, identify root causes, and resolve issues to minimize operational impact. What you’ll bring A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. At least 3/4 years of experience as a Software Engineer. Experience with Integration Technologies and familiarity with integration platforms and tools. Solid understanding of software architecture principles, particularly in Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Proficiency in Java 17/21 and hands‑on experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring JDBC. Experience with message brokers such as Apache ActiveMQ. Comfortable building and deploying containers using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s). Good working knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices. Previous experience with Apache Kafka. Basic knowledge of service management tools (ServiceNow), DBMS (Oracle, MySQL) and/or no‑relational DB (MongoDB). Strong analytical thinking and a proactive problem‑solving approach. Attention to detail, meticulous approach to ensuring data accuracy and smooth operation of integrations. Proactive and problem‑solving mindset, willingness to take initiative and identify potential issues. Adaptability and learning agility, capacity to quickly learn new technologies. A collaborative spirit, team‑oriented approach and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment. Expertise in secure code development.
