Our mission is to craft digital experiences that truly reflect the value of our clients’ products and services, blending data, design, and content to deliver measurable, lasting results.Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a Sales Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the communication and digital sectors, with a strong ability to develop new business opportunities and build solid, long-lasting relationships. We are looking for an autonomous, ambitious, results-driven leader who can devise, pitch, and close deals with brands, companies, and strategic partners both in Italy and abroad. If you are passionate about the digital world, understand the value of what we do, and can turn it into concrete commercial proposals, join us✍️ What You’ll Do · Develop and manage a client portfolio focused on sectors aligned with our projects and vision · Lead sales negotiations independently, from the first call to deal closure · Collaborate closely with the creative and strategic teams to build tailor-made offers consistent with the agency’s identity · Identify new market opportunities and activate alternative sales channels · Monitor goals, margins, and results using reporting toolsWhat We Are Looking For · Experienced in B2B sales roles, preferably in creative, digital, or agency environments · Fluent in Italian and English (C1+) · Ability to read the market and apply consultative sales techniques · Knowledge and understanding of UK and US market needs · Skilled in preparing commercial proposals · Proactive, with excellent relational and negotiation skills, results-oriented · Desire to be part of a growing international team · Availability to work under a freelance (P.IVA) contractLocation: Remote Contract type: P.IVA Compensation: High commission per closed deal + pre-authorized expense reimbursement + KPI-based bonuses Start: ASAPJoining Wimage means becoming part of a dynamic, cross-functional team where creativity meets strategy, and where every project is an opportunity to grow and make a difference.
