Our client, a leadingInfrastructure fund , is seeking a highly motivatedInvestment Associateto join their team inItaly .Responsibilities: Source and evaluate high-growth investment opportunities across Infrastructure and Renewables sector. Conduct in-depth due diligence, including financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis. Draft investment memoranda and support deal structuring and execution. Work closely with portfolio companies to drive operational improvements and strategic growth initiatives.Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A or Private Equity, Infra experience is preferred. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Fluent in Italian.
