To expand its team, FastCode S.p.A., a company within the TXT Group, is seeking a professional to join as a .NET Developer for high-profile projects based in Modena.The selected candidate will be involved in the development, debugging, and optimization of solutions based on the Microsoft stack (.NET Framework / .NET Core), actively interacting with SQL Server and production environments.The role requires availability for scheduled on-call shifts, to ensure the operational continuity of services.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain applications in .NET Framework / .NET CoreManage complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization on SQL ServerAnalyze and resolve anomalies in production environmentsCollaborate with the support team for scheduled on-call activitiesPrepare and update technical documentationMonitor and improve application performanceRequired Technical SkillsExcellent knowledge of C# and .NETSolid experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, and viewsProficiency in ADO.NET or Entity FrameworkFamiliarity with Windows Services or Web API applicationsAvailability for scheduled on-call shiftsPreferred Technical SkillsExperience in24 / 7 or mission-critical system environmentsKnowledge of DevOps practices, monitoring tools, or job schedulersExperience with ticketing and incident management toolsExperience with SSIS / SSRS or other ETL toolsPersonal and Interpersonal SkillsReliability and ability to manage assigned tasks independentlyResponsiveness in handling alerts and critical situationsAccuracy, attention to detail, and quality orientationStrong communication skills and a collaborative team approachAbility to remain clear-headed and composed in high-pressure contextsRequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in .NET developmentWork location : Modena, Italy (hybrid mode)What the Company OffersPlacement in a technologically advanced and stimulating environmentOpportunities for professional growth and continuous trainingA collaborative workplace attentive to well-being and inclusionFastCode S.p.A. actively promotes an inclusive work environment that respects individual differences.
