Tory Burch Junior Omni-Channel Buyer & Merchandiser, EUME (Milan, Italy) We are a leading American luxury lifestyle brand founded in 2004, known for effortless silhouettes and innovative materials. We focus on empowering women through our collections and the Tory Burch Foundation, which supports women entrepreneurs.Today, we’re looking for a Junior Omni-Channel Buyer & Merchandiser to support our buying and merchandising processes, curating an exclusive product assortment that reflects our brand’s high standards and exceptional customer experience.Responsibilities Participate in building assortments during market cycles and develop buying strategies down to classification level on selected categories.Collaborate with planning and senior buyers on receipt plans, AIR, margin/IMU targets, and product flow.Strategically assess SKU productivity and in‑store presentation while assorting the line.Visit stores bi‑weekly to review product performance, communicate learnings, recommendations, and suggested actions.Conduct competitive research and stay current with trends.Maintain accurate buy plans and serve as point person for relevant cross‑functional activities.Execute in‑season strategies as directed by buying management and manage markdown pricing and store communication.Respond to store requests and inquiries promptly.Work cross‑functionally with Planning, Allocation, Stores, Marketing, PR, Ecom, Visual, and Retail Operations to support assortment strategy.Partner with the NY merchandising team to ensure balanced assortment and share product insights.Collaborate with the Regional Product Trainer to deliver seasonal strategy materials and product knowledge to retail teams.Support preparation of performance reports, generate data for business recap, and propose action plans to drive sales.Maintain warehouse in‑stock dates and communicate delivery delays.Apply retail math to participate in open‑to‑buy forecasting with planning.Working with Us Adaptable – we anticipate and respond to change.Entrepreneurial – we own the outcomes.Collaborative – we operate as one team.Client & Brand Focused – we prioritize Tory Burch’s customers.Values‑Driven – we act with honesty, kindness, integrity, compassion, generosity, and humor.Growth Oriented – we continuously learn and improve.Benefits Inclusive culture that empowers employees to make a difference.Competitive compensation and performance rewards.Generous wellness benefits for mental, physical, and financial health.Employee discount on Tory Burch collections and access to exclusive sales.Executive coaching and professional development opportunities.Seniority Level Entry levelEmployment Type Full‑timeJob Function Purchasing and Supply Chain#J-18808-Ljbffr
