Overview MUSKETEER DAYTIME - SALES AND MARKETING SPECIALIST - Milano. Full-time. Travel: 90-100. Organization: Red Bull S.r.l. J-18808-Ljbffr ResponsibilitiesAs a Musketeer Reacher, focus on the daytime market and build and maintain strong relationships with typical Italian cafes, bars and restaurants. Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, promoting products tailored for daytime consumption, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide excellence and take responsibility for the visibility and availability of our products wherever you go. Alliances and networking: strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers, and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts. Build a network of decision-makers in the hospitality and gastronomy scenes, spreading affinity and enthusiasm for Red Bull. Develop your personal reputation within the local gastronomy scene based on extensive knowledge of the industry and current trends. City Entrepreneur: take full responsibility for On-Premise sales and marketing activities for your region. Know your region well, monitor trends, and identify opportunities to win them for Red Bull. Develop and deploy strategies and tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull. Indispensable Business Consultant: make every appointment the highlight of the customer’s day. Use sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull, surpassing marketing and sales goals. Think creatively to solve problems and market innovatively to keep Red Bull number one in the on-premise sector. Maintain a well-networked presence: existing contacts in hospitality and gastronomy or the ability to develop them quickly and smoothly. Be open, extroverted, and comfortable approaching people. Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, and sales is an advantage.Flexibility and autonomy: adapt to varied social, economic, and cultural situations while treating all people as equals. Strong communicator with commercial acumen, understanding sales processes, strategic and innovative commercial awareness, and analytical skills (planning and negotiation). Ability to analyze sales and customer data to draw conclusions and develop initiatives that deliver maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer. QualificationsExperience in beverage, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, and sales is an advantage. Flexibility and autonomy; able to operate in varied social, economic, and cultural contexts; treat all people as equals.
