Responsabilità Principali Nell’ambito degli obiettivi definiti dallo Stabilimento, la risorsa dovrà: Assicurare l’utilizzo diretto di macchine, realizzando il programma di produzione ricevuto nell’ambito degli standards di qualità e produttività assegnati. In particolare provvedendo a: Controllo delle pezzature da realizzare sulle macchine rispetto alla programmazione; Interfaccia con planning e assistenti di produzione per la corretta assegnazione delle bolle di lavoro sulle linee di produzione; Controllo bobine da caricare sulle linee in avvolgimento e svolgimento con verifica fisica della giacenza; Garantire il corretto utilizzo delle bolle di lavoro e scarico delle ore lavorate nel rapporto di produzione, a tendere integrazione con sistema di scarico automatico. Realizzare, su indicazioni degli specialisti di tecnologia, manutenzione e qualità, interventi puntuali sui prodotti e sulle macchine. Predisponendo il piano di taglio delle pezzature da realizzare sulle linee di rilavorazione; Gestiree semplici variazioni ai programmi assegnati con azioni dirette di coordinamento tecnico/operativo. Requisiti - Titolo di Studio: diploma tecnico o discipline simili - Esperienza: Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile in contesti produttivi. - Competenze Tecniche: Conoscenza dei KPI di Produzione - Capacità Analitiche: capacità di analisi dei dati e problem-solving. - Competenze Comunicative: Ottime abilità comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team. - Orientamento ai Risultati: Proattività e orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
