What you will do Support the integrated supply chain Controlling function, partnering with the Central Logistic Organization. Develop and deploy a new set of tools for financial analyses on primary and secondary logistics performance to improve data visibility and enable informed business decisions. The role involves high exposure to top management, strong analytical skills, environmental awareness, and the ability to influence while acting as a reliable business partner driving actions and supporting strategy. Managerial Responsibilities Develop harmonized reporting for Business and Finance Leadership Drive process improvement in the Logistic Area in cooperation with the Central Logistic team Ensure accurate representation of Logistic costs in product cost for new and existing products Collaborate with Markets, Product Lines and central team to identify areas for improvement and productivity actions Guarantee visibility to the corporation about Logistics performance Controlling Responsibilities Support Controlling and Reporting activities; provide visibility of performances on primary and secondary logistic costs to the Logistic team and broader organization Month End Closure (MEC) Reporting Process: Logistic variances; Monthly forecast Coordinate Budget process and Logistics Standard costs calculation Drive visibility on business opportunities through one-off analyses and business cases Enable tracking of business performance versus Target Ensure C-SOX requirements adherence and full compliance to group policies Develop clear guidelines and internal policies to drive standardization of tools and processes Coordinate the resource in charge of
