What You’ll NeedMaster’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)Holding an MBA is considered a plus4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in IT consulting or IT operationsPreferably you will have a mix of consulting and industry experience, with an ability to deliver small projects and/or working across multiple workstreams of larger projectsIT knowledge and practical experience within Digital, Technology or IT of one or more of the following areas: IT software delivery, IT infrastructure and operations, solutions architecture, IT governance (audit, risk, compliance, security) and/or IT project managementExperience of implementing projects in a variety of environments, using different methodologies and frameworksYou demonstrate a keen personal interest in Technology and Digital and remain up to date in the latest trends and potential impacts on industryYou are passionate about driving IT effectiveness and enabling clients to achieve their business objectivesYou are confident when collaborating with clients and stakeholders, with the ability to build relationships, influence and provide advice to key decision makersExcellent communication and presentation capabilities and ability to communicate effectively at CXO and Senior levelsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ItalianOutstanding analytical and critical thinking skills along with strong financial literacyKnowledge or experience in M&A situations an advantageAbility and willingness to travel across EMEAWillingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs ariseAbility to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workdayMust become familiar with, and promote and abide by, our Core Values as defined by the AlixPartners’ Code of Conduct and foster an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organizationThe firm offers market-leading benefits that provide flexible options to support our employee’s needs including health benefits to help prioritise their physical and emotional well-being, time-off policies to help to recharge and financial/ retirement benefits that offer income protection and support long-term planning.The benefit type and level differ per location.AlixPartners is an equal opportunity employer.
