Each member contributes uniquely to the team's success, ensuring that the store remains a destination of choice for customers seeking quality products and outstanding service.The Position Reporting directly to the store management team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for acting as a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process.Manage the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's product and valuesUse effective sales techniques to achieve set goalsPromote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand AmbassadorContribute to creating a professional and motivating work climateAssist in the constant maintenance of Visual Merchandising standardsCheck stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary to ensure that the full range of products and sizes are presentThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in a similar retail roleDynamism and strong operational and organizational skillsExcellent standing and polished presenceExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsWillingness to work shifts, especially on weekendsBenefitsBalance – Work Smart, our flexible working model, is all about trust, connection, collaboration, and community.
