The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.Summary:  Provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior,paintand decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient,courteousand professional manner to achievemaximumcustomer satisfaction whilecomplying withall Four Seasons’ policies. Qualifications: High school education or equivalent experience Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations. Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance. Working knowledge isgenerally learnedon-the-Job or through a series of professional certifications. Requires knowledge of the ability tooperatecomputer equipment. Ability to read and speak and write English. Main Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and updateappropriate logs.  Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers,chillersand associated equipment throughout the entire building. Comply withFourSeasons’Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct asset forth inEmPact.  Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.  Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or publicareain a timely manner.  Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc. Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages andmaintainan organized department and hotel.  And more NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Support the installation or relocation of anyadditionalequipment or existing equipment when necessary. Assistwith energy conservation programs in the hotel. Support the installation ofelectrical andmechanical systems for renovations, outletadditionsand associated equipmentand ofelectrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups.
