Principal Responsibilities Provide navigation and functional support to users interacting with the JAGGAER platform. Troubleshoot issues and gather all relevant information from users to support issue analysis. Manage external and internal communication effectively. Work collaboratively as part of a team. Position Requirements Native Italian speaker Advanced English (mandatory); additional advanced language skills are a plus (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Dutch, Chinese, etc.). Quick learner with the ability to work independently. Openness to change and strong adaptability. Advanced communication skills. Based in the Milan city area. At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar position (customer care, end user assistance, etc.). Advanced digital skills and experience (Outlook, Office, CRM systems). A university degree will be considered a strong plus. 1-year fixed-term contract with the intention of confirmation.
